Well Mind Body was born out of the deep need for integrative psychotherapy and wellness services. After years of working in emergency psychiatric, addiction recovery, schools and private practice settings, Dr. Miller found that people were seeking a more integrative approach to mental health and mind-body healing. We know that the mind, body and spirit are all interconnected, so why weren’t our mental health services incorporating an integrative approach? Well Mind Body exists to fill that need and provide integrative psychotherapy & wellness services to people who are looking to find optimal health and wellness.
