Houtex Engineering is a fast growing regional provider of Civil Engineering Services based in Houston, Texas and is committed to providing the highest quality consulting services in an innovative and responsive manner. We are actively involved with a wide variety of projects ranging from residential, medical offices, hotels and commercial sites. The firm was established in January 2014 by the P.E. Zia Mohammadi, after he earned 25 years of extensive experience at City of Houston’s Engineering Department specializing in all facets of Water Resources Engineering. We are proud to have a track record of reducing overhead time and expense without compromising the services we promised to provide.
