At Hover Transport Systems we are specialized in manufacturing and repairing air caster solutions and small air bearing systems (air caster rigging systems) for internal transport.
Air casters (air bearings or air skates) are the ideal alternative to a traditional wheel when it comes to moving heavy, large and sensitive objects.
The transport principle of an air caster system is similar to the movement of a hovercraft. There is no floor damage and because the friction is so low, you can move objects with only 1/1.000 of the force.
We produce both the polyurethane and neoprene air casters types with their own specific advantages. Capacity per single air caster ranges from 100 to 40.000 kg. Through continuous investments in the research and development of air caster technology we make it even more durable and environmentally friendly. With our flexible production plant, we can also deliver air casters that are compatible to other manufacturers in the market against a more economical price. Our production method allows the materials to be recyclable and cuts costs for spare parts up to 50%.
