How Might We (service design)

We're a service design studio passionate about facilitating meaningful conversations to improve employee and customer experiences. We’re not consultants that tell your team the answer to their problems. Our role is to create an environment that empowers them to communicate effectively and think creatively so they can optimise processes, resolve problems, strengthen culture and delight customers. We’ve worked with organisations in various industries, such as Microsoft, Stryker, Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson, the American Chamber of Commerce, Gas Networks Ireland, Saint-Gobain, Saon Group, Transitions Optical, The Australian Institute Of Play, Early Childhood Ireland, Bon Secours, National Treatment Purchase Fund, University Hospital Limerick, Mary Immaculate College and other government bodies.
