- How Might We -I'm co-founder of How Might We, a studio that facilitates meaningful conversations to help managers and their teams thrive in a complex work environment. We’ve worked with organisations in various industries, such as Microsoft, Stryker, the American Chamber of Commerce, Gas Networks Ireland, Saint-Gobain, Saon Group, Transitions and various government bodies. How Might We is a little different as we blend the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method with other innovation methods, such as Systems Thinking, Service Design, Complexity Thinking, and Creative Problem-Solving. - Creative Connections Worldwide -We understand that not every team can meet in person, so we’ve designed a LEGO® ‘Play Pack’ to maximise their creative problem-solving capabilities no matter where they are in the world. We post a Play Pack to every team member and take the team through a series of creative problem-solving exercises to improve project delivery, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and optimise team and customer experience. If you’re a remote or hybrid team manager, you will not find a better way to maximise your team’s creative potential while strengthening your team’s culture.- Creative Kitchens -We also use the Play Pack for one-to-one coaching. Our coaching differs from traditional coaching because we use Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to help our coachees amplify their creative problem-solving skills. This unique offering will help mid to senior-level managers reduce the complexities of their roles by helping them literally see what they are thinking whilst turning their kitchen table into a map of their workplace.- Organisational Design -I have two decades of director and senior leadership experience. Through my passion for methods, frameworks (and a good old-fashioned chat!) I've worked in and with organisations that wish to advance both their capabilities and culture to deliver memorable customer and employee experiences- Learning Design - As Creative Partner, I designed programs where students learn Creative Problem-Solving and Design Thinking through the LEGO® Serious Play® method. I'm delighted to have helped:1) www.thebigidea.ie2) www.playfuldesigners.school

Senior Lecturer (Part-Time)Macleay College Oct 2014 - Jun 2018I was passionate to facilitate learning in:1) Enterprise Innovation 1: where students practised design thinking in it's purest form, operating entirely 'upstream' without a mandate for any type of design lense (eg: service design, product design, etc.). For this subject nurturing a mindset was as important as learning the method.2) Enterprise Innovation 2: where students utilised jobs-to-be-done and the Lean Startup Approach to validate their higher fidelity MVP's. This was done by purchasing a domain, building and A/B testing real landing pages, conducting user interviews and pitching to entrepreneurs for further seed capital. 3) Business Consulting: where students utilised service design and Google Design Sprints to strategically advise a real Australian organisation. 4) The Entrepreneurial Mindset: where students were immersed in a highly interactive environment to utilise their 'Character Strengths' to build not only their creativity, innovation grit and diagnostic abilities but also their physical, mental and spiritual well-being. At the beginning of every class, our 'Conscious Capitalists' meditated and then celebrated each week's 'Little Wins'. 5) Business Economics: where students analysed micro and macroeconomic metrics to strategically advise a real Australian organisation. -
