How We Adapt

Complex sustainable development challenges demand collaborative, dynamic approaches to research and practice. How We Adapt exists as a platform to convene the right team of thinkers and doers from our network. This network spans public, private, and academic sectors, across business, civil society, and government. Our problem-driven approach means every project is uniquely crafted by thoughtfully assembled project teams. How We Adapt is based on South Africa, but works with partners in other countries. Our work includes: • Collective sensemaking and process facilitation (such as Policy Labs, Futures Thinking, System Mapping and Systems Change processes) • Research and analysis • Policy, strategy and programme development and implementation We work on various aspects of sustainable development, drawing in specialised knowledge and experience, as required.
