We believe stories shape our perceptions, and our perceptions form our collective experience, so we created How We Eat to help people to shape their view of the world to be grounded in natures mechanisms. How We Eat aims to guide people to understand and engage with the transition to a regenerative future, through an intimate dinner experience, where stories are the bread and butter of the evening.
We combine our expertise in regenerative practice, food systems and participatory design to bring people together over something we all know very well: to gather and eat. Every dinner we host is different, and therefore the conversation is totally unique to its setting - the food, the people, the place - which all contribute to a memorable experience for our collaborators and guests.
