Partner Paul Howard is a statistician with impressive computer skills and designs bespoke software, he specialises in supply chain solutions and production planning, he is expert on creating software for data bases and has an innovative approach to system design. Partner Angela Howard is an accountant with over 30 years experience at a senior level, from preparation of accounts, through audit and to tax returns she has supported Small/Medium organisations advising them on how best to obtain funding, control cash flow, collect debts, manage and maintain assets, she has acted as a 'troubleshooter' for many organisations and has had considerable success in indentifying where systems are weak and recommending how to strengthen the proceedures and practices to enable security in operations. Angela holds qualifications in Management, Human Resources and Health and Safety and brings a fully rounded approach to problem solving. Over the last few years Angela has added qualifications in Coaching, Counselling, Neurolinguistic Programming and Mentoring to her portfolio and she specialises in change management, corporate cultural change and motivation of employees, individually or in groups.
