HPDP Consulting

Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Consulting, (HPDP), works with management teams to integrate new programs in hospitals and healthcare organizations to include strategic planning, marketing, systematic and sustainable change, quality improvement, and Joint Commission standards implementation. Specializing in aging, palliative care, and quality of care issues, HPDP Consulting, works with Institutes within Academic Medical Centers to promote their research, services, and expertise. Clients include: The Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, Institute for Care at the End of Life (ICEOL) at Duke University, and Nurses improving Care for Healthsystem Elders (NICHE) at NYU. In addition, HPDP works with Federally Qualified Health Clinics within the State of Vermont to implement processes for improved quality of care.
