By doing so, we can reduce waste, expand the potential market area, avoid conservatives, retain all nutrients such as vitamins, antioxidants and minerals in the product. We also achieve and meet high food safety standards while at the same time ensuring highest levels of quality, taste and texture of the product.
This is achieved through a technology known as High Pressure Processing, HPP or cold pasteurization.
We are the first and only HPP Tolling station in Sweden and we are looking forward to help you and your company acheive even longer lasting, cleaner and tastier products.
