HR ANALYTICS EVALUATION STUDY

Mamello Masia is a Doctoral Candidate in Human Resources Management (HRM) at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), Johannesburg, South Africa, she is conducting a survey, which is a pre-requisite for the fulfillment of her Ph.D. degree. The study is titled: "An evaluation of HR analytics as a strategic competence in an HR professional. HR professionals (from intern to senior executives in HR) are invited to participate in this survey by completing the questionnaire (see the link below). There are no incorrect/correct answers, participation is voluntary and there are no risks involved, no penalty, or loss of any benefit by completing the study. The study/survey is private and confidential, participants are kept anonymous and the data obtained in the study will be used solely for the study and not for any other purpose. Please also note that no question will request you to reveal either your identity nor the identity of your organization. Respondents are not compensated for their participation.
