We have created an HR Analytics community for knowledge-sharing and education. Our community is for people and companies just starting on their HR Analytics journey and those already involved: HR Analytics Leads, HR data analysts/Scientists, HR professionals, HR Data content creators and HR Data Analytics educators and vendors. This platform is the first HR Analytics forum of HR Analytics in Ireland where professionals can share their ideas, concerns and best practice.
We are Dr. Maria J. Belizón (UCD) and Dr. Sarah Kieran (UL).
Our work is possible thanks to an academic-business partnership with the Irish Centre of Business Excellence (ICBE) / ICBE Business Excellence Skillnet. We are part of the Global HR and People Analytics Meet up Network.
We create community providing a forum where HR analytics practitioners can share successes, challenges, good practice and peer-to-peer support and hence, reducing the opacity of this field.
We research undertaking projects that will tackle and address real world problems HR Analytics leaders face in order to help this organisational field to move forward more effectively and lead the use of HR Analytics to challenge current HR paradigms and to bring about substantial and meaningful change in the workplace.
We educate facilitating meaningful conversations around those topics HR Analytics practitioners are concerned about and interested in. The flow and content of our activities are thought out to be led by practitioners’ requests and limited to their own discretion as much as possible.
