The HR GEMs community is a SAFE LEARNING PLATFORM, where we give opportunity to receive and give coaching, allowing members to transform themselves and develop their coaching skills. The community’s primary channel and platform of communication are currently ‘WhatsApp’. The community exists with a vision to build the largest and most highly sought-after network of HR professionals with a knack for Coaching, focused on building transformative skills through core coaching tools, methodologies, strategies, and mindsets re-engineering tools that empower members to be transformative coaches & change agents.
