Recruitment and onboarding: Get hands-on experience coordinating recruitment activities and setting up interview and scoring matrices. Disciplinary Management: Observe and practice setting up for employee relations disciplinary procedures, focusing on maintaining fair, compliant disciplinary processes. And more!
