Along with providing quality building in British Columbia, with offices in Golden, Revelstoke and Vancouver HR Pacific Construction Management is owned by David Ratzlaff and is a family run business. David’s reputation as a builder, 30 years of experience, his dedication to quality and his goal of exceeding his client’s expectations has spread to the surrounding areas, Calgary and Vancouver where he has architecturally designed in-fill projects. HR Pacific’s team of talented experienced builders embraces the challenge of rapid advancements in building technology, working seamlessly with architects and incorporating Building Integrated Modeling (BIM) into their projects.
