HR Roundtable

Human Resources is where staff go to find the answers. You are always there for staff and management to answer their inquiries, address concerns, provide wellness and mental health benefits and to develop the policies and procedures to help ensure success. But who is there to help you? Who do you go to talk through your difficult issues? They typically can't be discussed with someone internally. HR traditionally puts themselves last. Whether it’s in regards to professional development or just taking a day to recharge, we don't have the time. There is always something or someone else that needs our attention. You deserve a place where you can go to share ideas, discuss challenges and find solutions. You will have someone to talk with, who will HEAR you and propose a path forward. Being a part of the HR Roundtable will provide you with the guidance and support to help you not only do your job well, but to provide you the tools to excel as an HR professional.
