Brief about HR Sampark! HR Sampark' came into being through the vision in 2017 by Mr. Ashish Banka in Kolkata, uniting HR leaders from the Kolkata region. Fast forward to 2019, Ashish relocated to Mumbai and expanded the horizons by launching the Mumbai Chapter, orchestrating 5 Mega HR Events in both Kolkata and Mumbai with the support of other HR Leaders sharing common vision. The year 2020 witnessed the formation of the NCR Chapter, and even during the challenges posed by the pandemic, the community stayed vibrant through YouTube engagement. Driven by an unwavering commitment and a passion for fostering a philanthropic spirit among Senior HR Leaders, he shepherd' HR Sampark' on a remarkable journey. HR Sampark have successfully hosted 30 HR Events in NCR, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and Mumbai, connecting an impressive constellation of 1000 CHROs and HR leaders via WhatsApp only added through invitation being a very discreet and coveted community. It also had active general chapters in Kolkata, Mumbai and NCR having support of mid level HR Leaders, Academician's and HR Enablers.
