HR by Tara was founded in 2021 by Tara, an experienced HR professional with a long career in large and medium-sized organisations. Recognising the challenges faced by small businesses in managing HR, Tara established a company dedicated to providing them with the support they need. We started as a one-woman team, but as our client base grew, we expanded into a team of five HR specialists based in our Princes Risborough office.
