HR by Tara was founded in 2021 by Tara, an experienced HR professional with a long career in large and medium-sized organisations. Recognising the challenges faced by small businesses in managing HR, Tara established a company dedicated to providing them with the support they need.
We started as a one-woman team, but as our client base grew, we expanded into a team of five HR specialists based in our Princes Risborough office. Our passion lies in helping small businesses navigate the complexities of HR, ensuring they can focus on what matters most - running their business.
