HRd Bristol was established in 2005 when colleagues Lisa and Sandra decided to join forces and set up a consultancy that would enable them to fulfill their passion for developing people.
Sandra and Lisa are committed to working with clients to assist them in identifying their business and development needs. It is fundamental to their approach that there are no “off the peg packages” in the HRd toolkit. Clients take and maintain ownership of their own business goals, HRd Bristol support and challenge, facilitate and advise along the path to achieving these.
Both Sandra and Lisa are qualified Executive Coaches (ILM Level 7) and are members of EMCC and CIPD. They have their own ILM Centre and can offer bespoke courses leading to ILM qualifications in Coaching & Mentoring and Leadership & Management.
