HRDC IMSciences (Human Resource Development Centre)

The HRDC is one of the premier and most accomplished centers of Institute of Management Sciences. It was established in 2003 in line with the institute’s strategic imperative to enhance and strengthen its overall scope not only in terms of academic programs (Bachelors & Masters) but also through subject/discipline-specific centers. The center not only carries out applied and need-based research to generate knowledge but most importantly imparts relevant skills to the public and private sector through trainings and capacity-building programs. The center operates on the entrepreneurial philosophy of self-reliance and self-sustenance. All projects/activities and day-to-day operations are being run through HRDC’s own resources. Rather than becoming dependent on the Institute of Management Sciences, the HRDC not only adds to the overall value but also makes tangible contributions to its parent organization
