Delaware Valley HR Department of the Year Awards

The Delaware Valley HR Department of the Year was founded in 1998 by Scott Rosen, President of the Rosen Group. His belief was that HR professionals should receive recognition for what they do and the growth and change they produce within their organizations. He envisioned this program would raise the bar for HR professionals, and in its 22nd year, it continues to do just that — be a successful attribute in the HR industry. As the prestige of the Delaware Valley HR Department of the Year has grown, and just as many of our winners have managed change and positive growth, we are pleased to enjoy the additional partnership of the ROSEN GROUP (Scott Rosen), TRION (John Forde) and Challenger Gray and Christmas (David Pinette) and Salveson Stetson Group (John Touey). The addition of these partners will only serve to enhance the prestige and scope of the Delaware Valley Department of the Year Award program.
