HR for You provides coaching services for executives and emerging leaders to assist them in developing their leadership skills and making challenging decisions. We also provide change management coaching for individuals who are in periods of transition in their life - whether it be starting a new job, changing jobs or careers, going back to school, or retiring. ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership. We all have goals that we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome, and times when we feel stuck.
