HR Global Game Competition

The Human Resources Global Game Competition (HR-GGC) will take place in July 2018. Its aim is to attract mobile game developers from around the world to create innovative demos for a Human Resources themed game. The winning game will be used by the National Human Resource Centre to train HR personnel and employees all over Malaysia. The developers will be pitted against each other and NHRC will select three of the most promising and creative game demos. These three winners will be awarded $2,000, $1,000, and $500 (U.S. dollars) respectively. The collaboration between Full XP and the NHRC of Malaysia started in 2018. The idea for the Global Game Competition was developed as a result of NHRC’s desire to create a modern and interactive way to carry out HR training, whilst embracing the possibilities offered by digital gaming platforms.
