The HRHCare network of 28 health centers throughout the Hudson Valley and Long Island provides affordable, accessible care to over 175,000 patients through more than 650,000 visits annually. Excelling in patient care, our network has received the Gold Seal of approval from the Joint Commission, the highest level of Patient Centered Medical Home recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance, and is a designated Planetree affiliate.
