HR Infotech Association (HRIA) is a non-profit association of HR professionals in the IT and ITES industries, established in 1995. For over 29 years, HRIA has been dedicated to fostering professional development and fellowship among HR practitioners through knowledge sharing and practical learning. Our mission is to enhance HR expertise by organizing over 200 seminars, workshops, and conferences in partnership with organizations like NASSCOM and People Matters. HRIA supports educational initiatives and maintains connections with trade associations and chambers of commerce.
