HRIVIS developing, a.s.

The HRIVIS brand was established in 1992 and primarily concentrated on construction and property activities, but later the focus turned also to targeting and managing investment opportunities. Since 2000 HRIVIS has been involved in the entry of foreign retail chains into the Slovak market and it has participated in their further expansion. Nowadays the group comprises a compact whole of associated and complementing companies that together provide a comprehensive service in the field of property and developer activities from selection and preparation of localities, the design and construction of buildings, right through to effective property management. The group focuses on unique projects with substantial added value for the user, concentrating on mixed-use, office, shopping and entertainment facilities. The HRIVIS group calculates with investments of EUR 1 billion into projects over the next five years.
