We are HR recruitment experts with years of experience in the field. Working with employers and candidates, we have seen the challenges that both sides face in the recruitment process. We wanted to create a tool that would make it easier to find a job, hire specialists, and allow people to find each other quickly and easily. Our goal was to develop an AI-based tool that would include the most important functionalities: fast CV reading and scanning, employee-employer match assessment, user-friendly CRM, and intelligent wizard and data analytics, opening up opportunities and the freedom to choose the best job/employee in the region.
