Human Resource Laboratory (HRL) began October 2015. That business idea was conceived by its Founder and proprietor, a sole trader. As with the stages of human conception and birth, cells of HRL began the journey to form and transform, to divide and develop in embryonic and fetal stages. The entity gave birth and became registered at COJ October 2015. HRL is in its infant stage where it demands adequate resources, nurturing and maintenance for its growth and development. As HRL matures in its client-seeking stage, it embarks on a number of promotional strategies to market its business. Fliers, business cards, website, social media are among the promotional strategies to attract clients and hone market shares in the Human Resources Industry.
