HR and Management Association @ Oregon State University

We are a professional development association focused on helping you become ready for a career after college and are affiliated with the Mid-Valley SHRM (midvalley.shrm.org) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM; www.shrm.org). Our goal is to provide OSU students with opportunities to gain knowledge and insight into the effective management of human capital. To help achieve this goal, members are exposed to company tours, informational meetings, guest speakers, professional workshops, and much more! In so doing, we connect students with established business professionals and promote the exchange of work-related experience with the theoretical academic perspectives of students and faculty members. We also aim to help individuals grow and develop skills that apply not only in business but in life. Not to mention work hard and have fun!
