HR NEWBIES

HR Newbies is a global community designed for individuals starting in the Human Resources industry. This community was set up out of a burning passion and desire to train and nurture HR Newbies globally. We aim to foster a human-centric community that is focused on fostering trust, a sense of belonging and continuous learning, to ensure that individuals can confidently grow and scale their HR careers. Our vision is to saturate the global HR space with competent individuals with solid character who have been trained and understand what it takes to lead people. We aim to achieve this through continuous learning, training, skill building, career guidance and mentorship, interactions and collaborations. Our Core Values are: I. Love II. Respect III. Trust The community focuses on three (3) core groups of individuals: 1. Those who are currently studying Human Resources in the university or high school 2. Fresh graduates who are interested and enthusiastic about pursuing a career in the Human Resources field. 3. Young professionals who are on the path of transitioning into Human Resources.
