We are often asked why we chose an elephant to symbolize the HROIC spirit. Elephants are wise and have good memories; we make mistakes valuable, remember our lessons and impart this guidance on clients. Elephants are loyal and protective; HROIC too is fiercely protective and supportive of clients.
