I enable organisations to grow and improve their people strategies through practical HR advice and actions. My passion is enhancing the employee experience which I know leads to more motivated employees who stay with companies longer. Having a background of working internationally for a fast-paced global Clinical Research Organisation where I headed up the EMEA HR function with employees in 36 countries across Europe, Middle East and Africa, I have also worked globally as a Senior HRBP. Experience of working for the NHS and Local Government gives even greater depth to my knowledge. I am a Member of CIPD. When I’m not working for HR+= I love spending time with my family exploring the world.
