Established in 2015, Hangzhou Healsun Biopharm Co., Ltd. is dedicated to delivering comprehensive R&D and manufacturing solutions for antibodies, fusion proteins, and ADC products. Our offerings encompass early druggability evaluations, stable cell line construction, antibody and ADC process development, pilot-scale production, IND declaration, clinical sample manufacturing, process characterization, verification, and commercial production. Moreover, we specialize in tailoring medium development to your specific needs. Operating from our state-of-the-art R&D and production facilities in Shanghai and Hangzhou, we take a multifaceted approach to cater to your requirements. Our Shanghai R&D center harnesses diverse analysis techniques and transient expression platforms to deliver comprehensive molecular design and evaluation services. From humanized design and activity analysis to drugability assessments, we cover it all. Meanwhile, our Hangzhou center boasts an in-house high-expression stable cell line construction platform (Haoyue) alongside a proficient process development platform. At our pilot production base, fully equipped with 250L/500L-scale antibody stock solution and finished product GMP production lines, as well as a 150L-scale ADC conjugation solution GMP production line, we can seamlessly handle antibody and ADC sample delivery from DNA to toxicology batches in just 7 and 8 months, respectively. Looking ahead, we are excited to share our plans for expansion. By 2024, we will introduce a 6*2000L-scale antibody commercial production line and a 500L-scale ADC commercial production line to further enhance our capabilities.
