HS Enterprise (HSE) was established in 1981 under the leadership of Lt. Col. A. S. Helal Uddin, psc (Retd). In 1983, HSE began its partnership with Honda Motor Company Limited, becoming the sole distributor of Honda Power Products in Bangladesh.
