Anything For A Smile Association is a non-governmental organization, registered in 2006, conducting social and educational programs in Türkiye.
Since 2016, AFAS has conducted social and charity programs with particular emphasis on refugee children with cancer or severe diseases and disadvantaged refugee families living in abject poverty.
