HSE Alliance Technologies Inc., was co-founded by two brothers who developed an interest in health and safety at an early age due to a serious family injury that hit close to home. Sharing not only their looks (yes, they are twins) but also their desire to get a start in this profession, they worked their way up from the bottom. Starting from an entry level administrative position, they both progressed into health and safety manager roles where they led multiple areas throughout Canada and collaborated with teams across the globe. In 2014, the brothers also became designated health and safety professionals (Canadian Registered Safety Professionals – CRSP). The vision of HSE Alliance is to build technology for occupational health and safety (OHS) that simplifies diverse processes related to administration and compliance requirements. Inspired by this vision, HSE HUB, an integrated SaaS-based software built by OHS professionals combined with end-user feedback, came to life to solve pain points commonly experienced by the industry. This technology strives to optimize efficiency and allow all levels of the organization, regardless of their location in the world, to focus on what is important to them.
