HSL Certification Service (HSL) is a government-affiliated third-party certification body that has been specializing in the feed industry for 20+ years, since 2003.
HSL was established by MARA National Animal Husbandry Service / China Feed Industry Association (CFIA), Feed Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Science, and China Dairy Association.
