Founded in December of 2020, Heartland Special Needs Foundation, formerly known as Special Needs Assured, is a non-profit organization that offers a welcoming community to those with special needs and other developmental disabilities. With support from volunteers, donors, partners, and the community at large, Heartland aims to provide education as well as funding for underfunded special needs trusts - with the goal of improving the quality of life for individuals and families.
