Established in 2020, Healthcare and Staffing Solutions Australia (HSSA) is a recruitment agency that specialises in medical and healthcare staffing. We help healthcare organisations with recruitment and staffing of qualified healthcare professionals. Our analysis of your staffing needs is based on your daily operations, which we use to develop and implement the right medical talent acquisition strategy from screening applicants to placement of the right candidate. We provides services for medical staffing (hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities), NDIS clients (self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed), private service (suitable for clients awaiting government-funded services or those who desire premium private services) and community access to healthcare delivery (via staffing nurses, allied health, and doctors within the community).
