Home Town Community Project (HTCP) is striving to educate community stakeholders that substance abuse disorder is a disease (and can be treated in the way we treat diseases). Our purpose is to transform the lives of those individuals for a brighter future. We empower individuals and their families with knowledge giving a concise understanding of substance abuse disorder and addiction. We aim to spread awareness regarding the opioid epidemic leading to sky-high rate of overdose death and we provide strategies to individuals and families to fight against substance abuse.
