EIVOK is one of the departments of Scientific Association for Infocommunications (in Hungarian: Hírközlési és Informatikai tudományos Egyesület, HTE). The departments was formed on 28 May 2018 as the Information Security Department - EIVOK from the previously existing Electronic Information Security Managers Smartly Club (EIVOK). The main objective of the department is to maintain an active information security professional community, to review and discuss information security challenges, to support the daily information security work at organizational, national and international level through knowledge sharing and exchange of experiences. We also have the goal of collaborating with the other departments of the HTE, providing professional representation at events and conferences. In addition, it is a priority for us to promote and develop network between EIVOK and Ludovika University of Public Service.
