One piece flow, a visual shop, 5S, Standard Work, Kanban and Andon utilized throughout the plant. CNC machine capabilities include 3 and 4 axis vertical and horizontal machining centers and multi-axis lathes equipped with live tooling and sub-spindles which allow us to complete parts in one operation. We embrace the challenges of hard-to-machine materials and extremely high tolerance parts and also take pride in our standard work of hog-outs, clips, fittings, clevis, shims, and shear ties.
