WHO WE ARE Help the Talent Academy is an ambitious football development academy that gives young, talented players the training and exposure they wouldn’t normally get through their local club. We have a passionate and dedicated team that are focused on providing an environment in which players can thrive, maximising their organic talent. WHAT WE DO We achieve this through a three-stage approach: Discovery, Development and Deployment. Our experienced player development staff know what talent looks like, they look for players with the character to succeed and know the skill attributes needed for players to master their position.
