IPS provides high level cleaning of medical facilities using proprietary the (3) stage process and the most modern equipment; including hydrogen peroxide plasma, UVC among other products. We provide emergency response to all scenarios including sewage backup, water intrusion, asbestos, lead, fire, smoke and high level cleaning of areas where communicable diseases may be present.
Our infection control risk assessment (ICRA) process and construction of containment is unmatched as our staff has over 20 years of experience designing and building ICRA systems. When we design an ICRA system we take into account fire safety, security, noise and patient interaction to provide the best service for your facility.
Additionally IPS provides occupational safety and health and environmental training programs at the IPS Training Institute located in South Baltimore, Maryland. We are certified to conduct the Construction in Healthcare© program and provide several levels of mold remediation training. Our instructors are OHSA Training Institute Authorized Outreach Trainers with decades of real world experience to provide the best programs available in the region.
