The vertical injection molding machines have diversified solutions, the clamp capacity is from 15 ton to 450 ton and beyond, injection unit can be horizontal or vertical, clamping unit can be tie-bar or tie-bar-less with sliding table or rotary table. For Industry 4.0, Huarong has invested smart factory management system — HFM for injection molding machine to be smart machinery which can timely control the production conditions and self-inspection. For smart factory, Huarong has not only complete injection molding machine models, but also launches the servo motor 3-axis to 6-axis manipulators for the fully automation production.
