Founded in 1993, Shanghai Huateng Software Systems Co., Ltd. (Huateng) is a high-tech enterprise jointly invested in by Chinasoft International (00354 HK), Shanghai East-China Computer Co., Ltd. (600850 SH) and Shanghai Information Investment Corporation, specializing in large application software development and system integration. Huateng is based in Shanghai with branches in Beijing, Guangzhou and Chongqing holding over 800 employees, including over 600 software development engineers and technicians.
