We are a Savory Network hub, providing holistic management training, advisory and support to farmers, ranchers and everyday people in addition to EOV monitoring to verify soil regeneration, serving northern Spain and the Pyrenees. Changing the way our local and global food systems function is no longer a discussion for the future, but a must for slowing down and reversing climate change as well as repopulating rural areas that are slowly dying. In line with "it's not the cow, it's the how", it's our management decisions that create the realities we live in, at home and in our daily lives. By using holistic management, we can make decisions that are true to our values and how we want the world we live in to be.
