Hub for Neuroengineering Solutions (HNS) facilitates changing inventions into innovations that solve real-world problems. HNS aims to develop innovative technology solutions in 1) animal research, 2) precision agriculture, and 3) animal health. We want to be a gateway for companies, scientists, engineers, and trainees to collaborate at the The University of Lethbridge. HNS creates R&D jobs, training for highly qualified personnel, and new investment and manufacturing opportunities for SMEs. HNS goals are to the deployment of SMEs with academics to (i) bring to bear new technologies to solve existing problems, (ii) train a new generation of HQPs with artificial intelligence (AI), sensor/instrumentation, and internet-of-things (IoT) experience to thrive in private industry and public domains; (iii) develop problem-solving prototypes and facilitate the development of products.
