Hubbel is unique in the world of circular building systems, the material loop is completely closed, leaving no footprint behind. Every element used can be re-used many timecycles. We even unscrew the foundation. To prove our commitment, we buy back your Hubbel after (for example) ten, five or three years. The building will be dismantled and transported to our Hubbel warehouse. From here it will be refurbished into a new Hubbel to lead many new lives – at a different location and perhaps a different form, house style or function. The temporary building system is designed for being used as a mobilityhub for e-mobility. And because it’s not a container construction, but uses modular components, we can erect buildings with the greatest possible differentiation and function. Alle components are light in weight and we can build or pre-assemble anywhere on site, often without a permit.
