But let's face it, the kitchen table was never intended to serve as a professional, productive workspace and broadband is patchy for many homes outside of major towns and cities. In response, Hubnet has designed Ireland's first smart, wifi-connected, fully equipped proximity workspace. Our plug and play Office Pods are ideal as an additional space for existing Hubs, as Community Broadband Connection Points or for companies wishing to provide proximity office space for employees and customers. Hubnet is flexible in its offering – be that an outright purchase – lease – lease to buy or an attractive shared revenue business model. There is a solution for everyone from a well resourced corporation to a single person start-up. We also provide an ongoing management and operation service which includes access to our booking platform, maintenance, security and user access via our integrated booking and smartlock system. We design and manufacture each workspace from our 60,000 sq foot joinery in North Monaghan. Each workspace is carefully crafted using modern construction methods and contemporary high quality materials and come with a long term structural gaurantee.
